I cancelled my apple music subscription and signed up to just iTunes match instead, as only use the ‘my library’ tab anyway.

Since doing that, whenever i try and listen to half of my library on Music on iPhone i get ‘cannot be downloaded’ error.

Some songs work, some do not, half of an album works, and some artist fail entirely.
My library is all ALAC files sync'd from a desktop computer using Music application.
While I was a full Apple Music subscriber everything worked perfectly.

I tried toggling off and on library sync in the music tab in ‘settings’ to no avail.

Have also tested on a desktop (not the desktop with the local files on it) and its the same thing happens.

Any ideas?

Is it possible the 'cannot be downloaded' tracks are Apple Music remnants?
