I'm growing sick of how incapable apple is of producing a quality product. My second mac was a MacBook, and I had to live through the random shutdowns, the excessive heat, faulty memory, and now it has trouble with hibernation (sometimes it doesn't shut down, other times it doesn't wake up). I just bought my lady a nano that came along with the Mac, and it freaking locked the first day of use!! I mean, seriously, they've had years to get this device working correctly, and it doesn't even do much!
Most companies would replace a defective product (Nintendo, King of customer service). Apple, heeeeeeeell no, they take your machine for 2 weeks, and don't do squat. I can understand a new product having defects, but stop pretending they don't exist, and don't give me a hard time because you can't produce a quality product.

, I just canceled my 3,000$ 2.4 MBP Order. No more nightmares for me. Time to put out the truth, after all the free publicity I've given Macs over the years. It's the least I can do.
