Candyshell for iPad vs Otterbox Defender?

Just sold my Defender for iPad. Too heavy for me. I'm guessing the Candyshell is a lot lighter? I'm tempted to get matching Candyshell's for my iPad and iPhone 4g. Even the Otterbox Defender for the iphone 4 carrys more bulk than I need.

I just checked out the Candyshell and decided to order it right away. Seems thin and light, and a little sexy if you know what I mean.
