Is there a way to send canned sms messages to someone? Sometimes it would be nice to fire off a quick "I just arrived", "Where are you?", "Thank you" , "Yes please" etc. message by tapping a button, WITHOUT any typing. My 'droid did this. How do you do it with Apple?

How does an Android phone achieve both the chosen message and chosen recipient by "tapping a button, WITHOUT any typing"?

they just show up in the suggestion bar in a conversation, and you tap them. It probably suggests them based on the message you're replying to. You can also define some custom ones which are accessible in a menu with one tap

I know that there have been, in the past, installable iOS keyboards that do something like that.
