Hi All,

I am in the process of deploying a custom App to a fleet of iPods. Towards this end I am utilizing the Apple Configurator 1.5 (424). When I connect most of my fleet I see the screen below -

However in a limited number of instances the Apple Configurator acknowledges that there is an iPod connected, but will not allow configuration to proceed, as shown below -

If no iPod is connected the 'Cube' icon simply stays grey.

I have performed a restore (through iTunes) on the iPods that present this challenge; by following the steps below -

1). Turned off the iPod
2). Connected the iPod to my MacBook
3). Entered Recovery Mode (on the iPod; by holding down home + power for 15 seconds)
4). Click on 'Restore iPod' in iTunes

Can anybody suggest how I can go about making the iPods available in Apple Configurator?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Davo
