I have a netbook currently running Windows XP, and I am trying to add my iDisk as a networked drive. I am doing the following:
  • My Computer > Tools > Map network drive
  • Clicking on "sign up to network storage or connect to a network server"
  • Under "internet or network address" I am putting http://idisk.me.com/[Username]
  • Then a dialogue window pops up, telling me I'm trying to connect to idisk.me.com. I then input my user name (idisk.me.com\username) and password into the box
Once I've done this, it just keeps returning me back to the same dialogue box, as if I have typed in my password incorrectly???

I've searched the net, and it seems these settings work for everybody else, so what am I doing wrong??

I have an imac at home, which obviously has my idisk mounted.....do I have to carry out any settings on that before I can map a drive to my netbook?

Sorry if this question has been answered a million times before, but any help you can give would be of great help!!!

That works brilliantly!! Thanks. One last thing, how do I get my iDisk to now mount everytime I log in? Everytime I log out and back in again, I have to re-run iDisk?

Can an automatic mount be done?
