I just downloaded the new itunes and now it wont let me sync my ipod . It saids something like "cannot connect to the ipod because it is locked with a pass code . You must enter the pass code on ipod before it can be used with itunes ". I never had this problem till now . The pass code has been enter but the same message keeps popping up . I closed itunes but same problem . Whats up with it?

Type in your passcode on your iPod.

Leave it unlocked on the springboard.

Open iTunes.

Now try.

(If that doesn't work):

Just disable your iPasscode and enable it after you sync.

(That is a hassle though everytime you want to sync, I guess)

Just enter your passcode, unplug your iPod and plug it in again. That's happened to me with my iPhone and doing that usually works.

Can't enter passcode

What if the device's battery was drained and now the only the thing the device will show is the screen wanting me to connect the devie to itunes, but itunes can't access the device because of the passcode, which i can't enter, etc, etc. ???
