iPod Cannot Connect to Music Store

I just got my mac mini, every time I try to get to the Music Store it gives me that error. How do I fix it?

I use Airport Express to connect to my wifi network.

close iTunes and reopen it and try again. or restart. or it might be an error with the store. sometimes i can't connect to the store, but trying again a few minutes later works.

That didnt work but installing OS X 10.3.9 did...
