Cannot connect to Watch ESPN on IPad Pro

I have Uverse for ISP, and wif works great, but it will not let me connect to Watch ESPN app on my IPad Pro but I can connect to Watch ESPN on my IPhone, I called Uverse there no help..the error message is your not authorized to play video contact ISP. ??? Any suggestions??

yea I did that already..

I had to erase IPad then restore from backup, now it works..
