Cannot connect to youtube

I just got my iphone today and downgraded to 1.02 using independence.

The phone is jailbroken.

I have att and did it just so i didnt have to sign a new 2 year contract yet.

Now youtube appears to be the only thing not working.

the phone is still in 1.02 and working fine.

Any suggestions?

Do a restore. You shouldn't lose too much if you just received the phone.

You can unlock it at 1.1.1 and youtube should work too.

Follow this guide on independence help to safely upgrade to 1.1.1

As it appears you didn't unlock it, just update to 1.1.1 and do the jailbreakme.com trick and everything will be fine.
