Ever since updating to 10.11.1 beta I cannot connect to any WPA2 Enterprise networks. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix????
Yes had the same on on the early betas and also on gm. Found no fix unfortunately
Will try it tomorrow at the office where I had the problem with wpa2 network. hope it works as its the only reason I can't update to El CapSOLVED!!!! I just had to reset my PRAM. Follow these steps:
1) Shut down computer
2) Turn on computer
3) Hold down command, option, p, and r keys
4) Release keys after power on sound and apple logo appears
As soon as I logged in my mac immediately logged into my school's WPA2 Enterprise network
Does this only limited to diffie Hellman key exchange?Something I recall from the seeing the release notes for the developer betas thanks to some sites I frequent:
"When negotiating a TLS/SSL connection with Diffie-Hellman key exchange,
OS X El Capitan requires a 1024-bit group or larger.
OS X El Capitan will not connect to a server that allows negotiation with a 512-bit or smaller group.
These connections include:
⁃ Secure Web (HTTPS)
⁃ Enterprise Wi-Fi (802.1X)
⁃ Secure e-mail (IMAP, POP, SMTP)
⁃ Printing servers (IPPS)"
Your Enterprise network security may simply be insufficient as far as El Capitan is concerned.

Resetting PRAM solves so many odd problemsThanks, Just reset My Pram which is apparently short-term ram (Storage) This fixed the issue I was having where it brought up a screen when I tried to connect that said I couldn't connect to the WPA2 network and it wanted me to run diagnostics. Basically just powered down help command, option, p, and r as I booted up my MacBook. It works! I'm running MacOS Sierra - version 10.12.6
I am at a college and my wifi worked everywhere besides at the campus.... the technician here didn't know what was wrong and basically told me it wasn't a problem with the network so basically, it was my laptop. Either way, I'm beginning to learn that A, I always have to fix problems myself, and B, that 90% of mac problems are solved with fancy reboots haha.... Good luck!
