I have set up my iCloud account into my desktop Outlook application (version 16.37). However, I can't create new folders or subfolders from the INBOX tray as the option is greyed out. No problem doing so with my outlook account, just non Outlook email accounts. However, if I go online to my iCloud account and create a folder on the site they will appear in my Outlook when I refresh it.

Why can't I create folders from Outlook?


My Mac is running Big Sur V. 11.2.3
