In Settings > Privacy > Location Services, the Amex app doesn't show up in the list at all.

If you go to Settings > Amex, there's an item at the bottom that says "How Amex uses your location." Tapping that displays "The following features of the Amex mobile app use your location: Amex Offers, Global Lounge Collection."

I just deleted & reinstalled, and it did not ask for location permission. It did ask for notifications permission.

There doesn't seem to be any way to disable location services. Anyone seen that in any other app?

I have it on my my location services - Amex is listed with the standard options. Also the option on the AMEX section of setting

Hm. This is what I've got:

Never mind, I'm just an idiot. I've apparently never done anything with the app that triggers a location request, so that's why it's not on the list.
