Cannot disable notifications

Hi I noticed that some Apps send notifications even if they have been fully disabled in settings (eg. the racing game GT Free+ HD). Do you know why and how I can fully disable it?

I've never had this... I'm guessing you've already tried toggling their notifications on and off again, rebooting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the apps…?

it's now ok

i spoke too soon, the app is now firing pop-ups again even if fully disabled in notification settings and after ipad reboot...

i had to remove it
