Cannot download/activate "Activity" app

Hi everyone,

So I just bought an Apple Watch, but now the "Activity" app isn't downloading/activating. The error when trying to download it from the appstore says "Unable to download "Activity". Please try again later."

Is there a place where I can manually download and install this app. My phone is Jailbroken with Electra.

Unfortunately not. It just stays grayed out.
