Cannot download Amazon Prime Video

I have an iPad 4 with iOS 9. When I try to download Amazon Prime Video, just nothing happens. The icon changes briefly to the circle, then back to a cloud. Other apps seems to download OK. The real issue is that I don't even get an error message, so how can I know what is the problem?

Well, suddenly it downloaded, like after the 100th time pressing download! Weird. But solved.
