iPhone X Cannot download iTunes rental on iPhone

Hi,

I keep getting "To download "{movie title}," delete it from your other device."

I have two iPhones and two laptops.

The movie has not been downloaded to any of the devices.

I have tried to download it to all devices and keep getting the same message.

I checked on the iPhones in storage settings and no movie has been downloaded.

I'm sticking to Amazon Video from now on for rentals.
