Cannot drag & drop from browse to library in iTunes 12.6.1.25

I am on a Macbook Pro Late 2016. I am running Sierra 10.12.5. I am having a problem in iTunes 12.6.1.25 with Apple Music. I cannot drag and drop music from Browse to Library. I am having to click the ellipsis (three dots) and click on add to playlist. Also, I cannot select multiple songs and add them to a playlist. I have click on each song and add to playlist. This is really annoying. Thanks.
