Hi,

I'm new in this forum. And the reason I've subscribed has driven me crazy...

It's been a long time since I could edit songs and playlists in iTunes...

When I connect my iPhone5 iOS7.1.1 to my PC (Toshiba Qosmio) iTunes opens up as usual (version 11.2.0.115) but

I can neither

1- Delete a song: the delete key of my keyboard just does not seem to function / also when I right click on a playlist or song the option Delete is not in the list...

nor can I

2- Add a new playlist: The + sign appears at the left bottom, but it just doesn't work... (before I've updated my iTunes, even THAT didn't work!...)

Please help...
