Cannot get ChatGPT via Apple Intelligence to respond audibly each time I ask a question, does so <25% of the time.

Hello, I am on a 15 Pro w/iOS 18.2.1. I have set up my phone so when I hold down the power button the right hand side and say "Hey GPT...followed by question", it will provide a text answer.

I want it to read the text answer aloud each and every time but it only does so randomly <25% of the time. I cannot figure out how to change this. Is this a bug or is there something I can do to fix this? Thank you in advance!
