CANNOT get public beta profile anymore?

I ran the iOS 9 public beta all the way from the beginning through the summer. iOS 9 eventually went public, and 9.1 released to beta testers. I updated to 9.1 and eventually decided to downgrade to 9.0 public and do a clean install. Recently Apple replied to one of my feedbacks I sent in, and I can't see what it says because I don't have the profile anymore. When I try to sign in to download the profile, the website does nothing. It gets the loading bar at the top, but it will sit there doing nothing until my screen times out.

Anybody else having similar issues? "Sign in" using my old Apple ID doesn't work, and "sign up" with my new Apple ID does the same thing (I had to move to a new Apple ID because my iCloud account got completely screwed up)

Just a thought but are you running an ad blocker in iOS9? Maybe it is messing with the site? Try whitelisting it if so

No, I don't even know how those work, never installed one. It has been like this for awhile, right after I went back to 9.0 I was about to go to 9.1 again (just a cleaner install) and I noticed the site wouldn't work. I attributed this to 9.0 just releasing, as well as this iOS 9.1 beta. Gave up, didn't think about it for a few weeks. Now I go and try to get the profile and the same thing occurs. However I just used my phones LTE instead of my wifi and it worked like a charm, hot spotted to my iPad and got the profile as well. My internet works fine for all other sites, it's just this one that wouldn't work. Very weird.
