About a month ago, I used iCleaner Pro (i typically use it when my phone gets a bit sluggish) and somehow got myself into a boot loop... Couldn't get into Safe Mode, etc etc... I ended up having to use SemiRestore. I restored from a backup.

Since using that tool, whenever Cydia Substrate is installed, I can't open a bunch of random apps/games (WUnderground, cPro Craigslist, Speedtest, Make it Rain, 2048.. etc.). All system apps work (mail, safari...). As soon as CS is uninstalled, all apps begin working normally.

I've tried:
- several combinations of reinstalling/removing cydia substrate, and reinstalling Evasion (from cydia).
- removing /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist and the other file within the cache folder (can't remember specifically right now)
- removing all tweaks, except default ones. I also ran 'remove cydia dependencies' in iCleaner, after removing all the tweaks.
- many other things which are currently escaping me

Any ideas? I'm kind of at the end of my rope here.
Thanks!
