OS X Cannot play Borderlands 2 on Steam

Bought this today seeing as it was on offer but I cannot play using a wireless 360 controller, everthing is OK until I follow the robot at the start, draw a weapon, the view at that moment swings skywards and stays there, I just cannot return to normal view it keeps swinging skyward.

Any help with this would be good.

EDIT: I reloaded the game and it worked, I suppose it may happen again though.

Seems OK now, its for the future, playing Divinity Original Sin at the moment, no need to add me, prefer to stay solo on all the online stuff.
