Back in November I updated a friend's computer to OS X 10.3.9 for him and he has since installed every update imaginable. Since that time, It appears that he is unable to print to his Epson Photo 750 printer -- circa late 90s, I am guessing.

10.3.9 is installed on a G4 desktop, just for some background reference.

There is nothing I can think of really, I installed Epson's latest drivers and have hoped for the best, but nothing seems to be working. Adobe Acrobat is up to date.

Printing works fine from Safari, IE, and printing PDFs from Preview.

Ideas?

EDIT: UPDATE: "pictwpstops - got an error disposing of document" is the message that is in the printer utility.

When you say Adobe Pro 6.0.2 What do you mean???
Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc...
Adobe makes a lot of software... which one is it? Or is it all of them?

There seems be a error in the way Acrobat is handling the printing.(obviously)
Is this happening to only one file or any files that are sent to print.
Have you repaired permissions on the computer? Ive seen this happen before on selected programs due to strange Permissions on the Printer drivers and/or certain processing files in the APP itself.

If that doesnt work a reinstall of Acrobat 6.0 Pro should overwrite the existing processing files. It shouldn't harm anything.
