I can't seem to erase and reformat my hard drive from exfat to Mac OS extended using Disk Utility.

When I erase it says: "Disk erase failed with the error: Wiping volume data to prevent further accidental probing problem."

I tried to re partition, and uses Mac OS Extended and it says: "Partition failed with the error: File system formatter failed."

I have no problem re formatting it to MS-DOS (FAT)
What should I do next?

Cheers
