So I accidentally deleted everything off my hard drive. When I boot the mac it just shows a file and flashes. I tried doing an internet recovery but I'm not the original owner and when I enter my apple id in to reinstall OSX lion it just says try again later.

I made a bootable usb on my windows computer with a copy of high Sierra I downloaded online. The computer will boot to Clover and then when I click install, it just shows the apple logo and beeps 3 times.

Please help!!!!

The 3 beeps usually indicate a problem with the memory. Try reseating the RAM sticks, or try different memory, if you have that.

There was no issues booting before I wiped everything. I will try reseating it though

I did that. I cannot install the OS because my apple ID wasn't originally used on the computer. I bought it second hand.

When I sign in, after clicking install I get a screen that says try again later, server could not be reached.

Which macOS version did it last have installed?

Sounds like it originally shipped with Snow Leopard and was then upgraded to Lion along with a Firmware Update to allow Internet Recovery.

In macOS Internet Recovery you could trying clicking on Get Help Online. Then got to iCloud.com and sign in with your AppleID. Then return to the installation and see if it will proceed.

Tried that but the browser is unsupported so no luck there either.

If I have access to a mac can I download sierra and try that? Or does anyone have a link to a file I can put on a usb?

To my knowledge, you can't create a bootable USB OS installer on a PC -- this has to be done "on the Mac".
Although I recall seeing a post from someone claiming it could be done, but was a somewhat drawn-out and difficult process.

drlunanerd "has the answer" for you above.

But you will need to do the downloading and USB drive creation on another Mac.

Once you have the copy of the OS downloaded, you can use either "DiskMaker X" or "boot buddy" to create the USB flashdrive with a few clicks of the mouse.

If you get a USB installer working, I suggest that BEFORE you try to install the OS, that you first open Disk Utility, select the internal drive (the entire physical drive), and erase it to "Mac OS extended with journaling enabled, GUID partition format".

That will "clean it off" and after doing that, open the OS installer and begin.
