After jail breaking my 2g, my itunes apps don't show up after syncing. What am I doing wrong? Anyones help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Cannot see my itunes apps after jail break.

Yeah. The App Store apps. I was just thinking that maybe it was because I installed a couple of things during the break. I just picked a bunch of stuff not knowing what they really were... Repositories, Cycorder and other things. I was hoping that after cyncing they would show up, or if I went to the App Store from the phone that maybe it would prompt me to update or something, but nope.
