cannot send email from my iphone!

hello im subscribed to my mobileme but for some reason 2day i cannot send any email from mobileme from my iphone 3G!! but i can receive emaill n send from other accounts!! it says cannot connect to server! i thought something might be wrong from mobileme but i can send fine from my Mail app on my macbook!!
does anyone know y this is happening?! is it from my iphone or from mobileme?!
