Cannot send SMS to some people

This is strange, i just modified some of the springboard icons this afternoon and now i cant send sms to some ppl i've been sms-ing this morning, it says 'sending message error'... only some some people, some other people it works fine...

any idea whats going on?

what state are you in? there have been outages of edge all day here.

i'm not in the US, im in Asia

and do u lose all the programs and anything u have modified when u use itunes restore? is there other way to reset instead of restore?

uh, i have no idea. probably should have stated that to begin with. give it time, i'm sure someone will come with an answer, most americans are sleeping still.
