Cannot shutdown/turn off device properly since iOS 15.0 on iPhone X.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? (on an iPhone X 64GB Model)

I can't seem to be able to shut down the device enteriely, after sliding 'Shut down' (after pressing volume+power button), it seems that its turning off, (show the litle circle and then black screen), but after like 15-20 seconds the Apple logo appears and turns back on again, without having to press the power Button or anything.

I haven't seen this issue on my X. I'm on 15.0.1 and just shut it down to check and I got the spinning wheel for a second or two then it went black. Start-up was normal too

I haven’t had this particular problem.
Have you tried shutting down Settings>General>Shut Down?
