Resolved Cannot swipe up to unlock iPhone15 (even after force restart)

After doing the latest update, my iPhone 15 is stuck on the lock screen. Can't swipe up, and doing the force restart (vol up/down, long press on right-side button) just returns to the same thing. Also can't enter passcode (no response to pressing numbers)
Any ideas?

Restore the device using iTunes or Finder
