Cannot take a picture using Camera on iCloud...

Hi Guys,

One problem here, I wanted to change my photo and take a new one using camera.

...but there is black Screen:

When I choose photos there is also no photos to select...

Camera is working fine I have tested on Skype.

Whats going on? How to fix it?
