Cannot uninstall apps on iOS10

I ran the beta on my phone but upgraded my iPad Pro (12.9) via the OTA. I have no issue with blowing it away and restoring from backup, just checking to see if anyone else has had this issue.

Long pressing still makes the apps do their happy dance but there is no response when pressing the X to remove. Weird.

Have you tried doing a hard reboot? Could just be glitching out.

Yup, tried that with no resolution. I am thinking a reload will be in order, Im seeing some other issues as well so it's probably time for a fresh load. OS upgrades are generally sloppy anyways.

I typicallly agree. If you have an Apple Watch and don't want to lose your data, look at the decipher activity tool. I was able to restore as new to my iPhone 7 but only carry over health.

I picked up a 7 tonight so the iCloud restore worked well, which should keep my watch data intact. iPad is the only thing having this issue, as well as what seems to be a weird issue with universal clipboard. Was just discussing it with a buddy who has an S7 and I am spoiled with iCloud's restore capabilities.

Ah, totally missed the iPad Pro part of your OP. My bad. Glad to know your phone is working well though! Strange bug for your iPad on the other hand.

Reset the network settings and all is well. Also universal clipboard started working on the iPad by doing that.
