Cannot update Apple TV 2 to ios4.3

Hello,

strange problem;
I am using my imac airport to share the ethernet internet, and my apple tv is using that network;

My ipad with ios 4.2... can use airplay while using airview software, but my iphone [ios4.3] cannot use airplay with the apple tv;

I read that i need to update apple tv to ios 4.3 [4.21], but when i click update on apple tv, it tells me my software is the latest, and does not update;

Am really confused. What's up?

In Setting->General->About it will say 4.2 (2060) when you have the latest update installed. In addition you will have the MLB.TV and NBA apps under Internet.

If you do not have this and really can't update, you can disconnect the Apple TV, and connect it to your computer via a micro USB cable. When you bring up iTunes it will let you do a reset and reinstall. Or you can just try a factory reset from the Apple TV Settings menu.

Factory reset downloaded 4.2.1 build 8C154 just now; [4.1.1]
Same problem.
Cannot try the itunes option yet, as i have to get a micro USB cable for connecting;
