Hi guys,

I recently purchased a game on the App Store and everything worked fine. I knew I had a few $ left on my prepaid visa and wanted to purchase another app. However, upon trying, it declined. Now, I cannot update or install other apps because it keeps saying "Sign-In Required". I click on continue, put in my password and it takes me to the payment section. I have to verify the month/year of the credit card, and the security number on the back. When I do that, it is declining it. It seems like I have to add money to purchase that app just to be able to update my apps, or even install other free ones.

There has to be a way around this as I do not even want that app anymore. If I knew how to cancel that purchase, I'd do so. Every time I try to update an app, and go through the whole process, it sends me an email (from my visa) saying Insufficient Funds. I understand all that but do NOT want the app no more and only want to update my apps and go back to the free apps for now.

If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks a lot guys!

Your account is locked because you have a declined payment on something you purchased. The fastest way to fix the issue is to actually pay for the app. A second choice would be to contact Apple and try to ask for a refund for the app. Also, you will want to remove the declined credit card from the account.
