Cannot upgrade to 10.10.1, update not showing

Hi,

I am currently on 10.10. I wanted to update to 10.10.1 but it doesn't show in the mac app store (see attached file). I guess I have the bug which is supposed to be fixed in this release... Which I can't install because of the bug
I tried rebooting, logging out and back in on MAS.... It always says "No update available"

What can I do?

To follow up.. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Applecare doing lots of stuff and some screen sharing and couldn't get to solve the problem.
The advisor told me it is probably a problem on my partition and asked me to erase the drive and reinstall. I will try that this weekend and follow up
