Cannot use GM RC2 or RC3 while on Public Beta and Developer Program?

Hello guys!
This might be really dumb but I don't seem to be able to update to GM RC2 or RC3 from RC1 while on Public Beta (I'm also a member of the iOS developer program). It only prompts me to update to public beta 4.
Does anyone know how to update to RC3 from now? Or how to sign out of the public beta?

'Public beta' and 'dev preview release candidate' are totally different release paths.

Ios dev and mac dev are totally separate programs

Yeah it's bizarre, but personally I've jumped from one program to another with Yosemite more times than I could remember lol.

Yes I am aware of that. However I do get access to the GM Candidate on the developer hub and I've got redemption code for RC3, but it won't allow me to go to the other path.
