Cannot view purchased packages

Can anyone see their purchased packages?

Mine says it thinks I'm on a web browser.

Never seen this before.

I can't install any packages that I have bought either.

8.3 jailbreak.

I see

iPad was doing the same thing on 8.1.1 jailbreak.
