CanoScan Lide 700f negatives problem

Hi, I recently bought the scanner CanoScan Lide 700f to scan negatives.
These day I had a problem, scanned negatives appear with horizontal symmetrical stripes.
Have you got a solution?
I use Mac OS X Sierra 10.12.3 and the driver MP Navigator EX 2.1.4
