iPhone Can't access anything on cydia

Both on my 5.0.1 4s and just purchased mini retina on 7.0.4.

Nothing loads on either, I even have plenty of mods but nothing shows on the iPhone cydia in my packages list.

Is cydia down?

Should I have different login accounts from my 4s and mini?

And whenever I tap a tweak on the main screen I get this, and the fix doesn't do anything

You have exceeded the number of packages Cydia can manage, remove some repo(s) and it should fix it.

Did something change with the latest update? I've had the same amount of repos since jail breaking my 4s back when 501 was new

If repos add packages, that can cause the number of packages to exceed what Cydia can manage.
