Hello everyone, I just spent half an hour on the phone with Apple Support with no results, so I decided to seek help here.

Basically, the title says it best iTunes displays a tiny cloud with lightning inside in the upper right corner (below the search field) which says "Can't acces iCloud Music Library. Please try again later" (wording may be different, I use iTunes in a different language). I installed iTunes on my BootCamp partition and it does the same. I created a new user account and it does the same. I also tried logging out and in again, restarting, turning Apple Music and iCloud Music Library off and on again - nothing, no results.

The result of this is that Apple Music is basically unusuable on my computer, as nothing can be added to My Music without iCloud Music Library working.

I can log in to my iCloud account just fine, from any place/device. ALSO everything seems to work on my iPhone without any problems.

Anyone have any idea? Or maybe a similar problem?

This seems to be a problem related to the server side. So you can't change a thing about it. I had the same thing happening to my boyfriend who then just waited and suddenly it started working again.

Right, that's what I think as well (server-side problem)... Only it's been going on like this for about 24 hours so far. :|
Guess I have no choice but to wait.

...and just as you said, I randomly opened iTunes a couple of hours later and there it is, everything works.
