Hello,
I have Snow Leopard installed and Windows XP using Bootcamp 3.0. However, when I try to open the mac drive from within Windows XP I get this error:

"The system cannot find message text for message number 0x in the message file for G:\"

Does anyone know a fix for this rather irritating problem?

Thank you all in advance,
Adam

Only read operations are possible. If you use an app that also writes while opening a message this would be a problem. Try opening a file directly from finder. If that works you are just experiencing the normal restrictions of not being able to write.

If you cannot read HFS files than check if the windows/system32/drivers/AppleHFS.sys file is installed. That driver must be present for Windows to read HFS files.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, the trouble I am having though is I can't read/open the drive.

The AppleHFS driver is in the folder you said.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks in Advance,
Adam
