Can't Activate If You Have Vista Home Basic?

I was just looking through the manual and noticed under activation requirements, it says you need Vista Home Premium, Business, Premium, or Ultimate. Why no Home Basic?

I would think that they just forgot to put in Home Basic. iTunes 7.3 will work on Home Basic, right? And you need iTunes to activate it, right?

Just goes to show, there are too many versions of Vista to keep track of.
