iPod Can't Add Artwork to Movies

I recently ripped and encoded a few movies using Handbrake. Now I am attempting to add artwork to these movies and its not working.
iTunes doesn't give any errors and I can add Comment, Genres, etc.
Its just artwork that won't seem to stick.

Any ideas??

Movies are mp4 and art is jpg.
I've repaired permissions and restarted but no luck.

I had no issues with adding art on Friday

Very weird?

I have been having this problem also and posted a query. All of a sudden everything i import won't update tags. no errors or anything, just no update resulting when adding info and artwork.

any help is appreciated.
