When I go to Account Settings > Add iTunes Pass to Wallet, it does nothing. Phone: iPhone SE iOS: 13.3

I'm in US.
 
Have you tried turning your phone off and back on again? Or try signing out and back in? Maybe it’s just stuck perhaps? Or already added to the passes section.
 
Yeah, i tried that. There is no passes section or anyway to add a pass. I'm doing a reset to see if that helps.

Update: Full reset didn't help. ugh.
