I've noticed that on my Mac I'm no longer able to add links from 3rd party apps to my Safari reading list. If I open a link in Safari and add it from there it works as expected and syncs to my phone, but if I try to add a link from an app such as Tweetbot or Reeder it simply never appears on my reading list. Any links added to my list from my phone appear on my desktop, so it doesn't seem to be a syncing issue.

I've tried clearing Safari's cache, disabling iCloud sync for Safari, and even signed out of iCloud completely, but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks

FURTHER TESTING:
If I quit Safari before trying to add a link, Safari will launch but the link still isn't added to my list.
