Can't block ads from playing on youtube anymore

Notice that ever since I installed El Capitan that whenever I play youtube videos, I often get youtube commercials that play with no ability to SKIP them at all?

I am using Ublocker extension for safari too. Is this a problem with the latest Safari in El Capitan or what?

If anyone know how to permanently permit ads/commercials from playing at the beginning of youtube videos, please let me know. This is quite annoying.

Some ads don't let you skip them. I get this all the time.

Have you tried Adguard (from the extensions gallery)? Haven’t seen any ads on YouTube for a while.
