Already tried command+R, Command+P+R, Command+S, everything i can. I set a firmware password before and I forgot it because I didn't use for a long time, so do the admin password. I have only one user with no password so I can access. Can u guys help me with it?

Nobody here will be able to help you with this. You will need to take your Mac to Apple with proof of ownership and they can remove the firmware password for you.

Depends on model, u may be able to bypass the firmware lock by removing the memory temporarily..
