iPod Can't Buy From iTMS

I keep gettting this error whenever I try to buy tracks from iTMS:

I hit refresh and get this:

Here's what is in my shopping cart:

Any help?

EDIT: Tried buying the tracks with the "Buy Album" and "Buy Song" and it worked, but the Hit The Lights EP as a whole seems to be undownloadable.
