Can't Change Apple ID

hello, ive recently tried changing apple ids so i can verify my icloud account because i wasnt getting the email now i need to change back to my original apple id and it is not letting me everytime i press submit on the appleid.apple.com nothing happens and the page refreshes

please help!

I think you have to wait 90 days betwenn changing ids...
